Salty Sweet Cracker Jack Ballpark Bark

Growing up Cracker Jacks were one of my favorite treats! The actual Cracker Jacks and the prize inside that is. I didn’t care for the peanuts. Today, I get why there are peanuts inside. What a great combo.

Another reason I love Cracker Jacks….

“Cracker Jack” was my personal nickname for my dad, Jack. I miss him very much. I created this recipe in honor of him for father’s day. He would have loved these salty + sweet treats. Like me, he enjoyed special recipes.

Chop the white chocolate into even pieces or use chips to help melt the chocolate evenly. Melted white chocolate will seize (become grainy) when it comes in contact with liquid. Add any flavorings once the chocolate is melted.

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 3 cups Cracker Jacks
  • 1 cup mini pretzels

Optional: 8 ounces butterscotch chips melted.

Cool completely, cut, and serve. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
