Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 3/4 cup cake flour, sifted
  • 3/4+ cup confetti sprinkles

Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Fold the 3/4 of the funfetti confetti into the Funfetti Cream Cheese Cloud Cookie dough using a rubber spatula.

Cream the butter and cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed. Next, mix in the sugar until just combined. Mix in the egg and the vanilla.

Refrigerate the dough for one hour.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

This is a sticky dough. Flour clean hands and roll the dough into 2 inch balls. Sprinkle on more funfetti sprinkles. Use the bottom of a glass to lightly press the balls a tiny bit. Avoid pressing too much, the Funfetti Cream Cheese Cloud Cookies need to puff up.
