Coconut Cluster Bark

Ingredients
  

  • cups coconut flakes
  • 1 cup sliced almonds or pistachios
  • ¾ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup honey

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 200° F.
  • Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and gently toss until everything is lightly coated with the honey.
  • Pour the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet and gently press out into a flat 1/4" thick sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until the bark has slightly hardened. This may vary depending on your oven.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • Break into bite size pieces.
