These little beauties are pop in your mouth delicious. They are super easy to make and a perfect pop in your mouth snack for a party, a binge watch session, the holidays, or an anytime snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups marcona almonds
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fleur de sel flaked sea salt (PRETTY PINK!!!)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
  • Prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the kosher salt and sugar together.
  • Scatter the marcona almonds onto the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt/sugar mixture, and thyme. Toss together to coat.
  • Place the sheet pan in the hot oven and roast the almonds for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn the pan every 5 minutes. Keep an eye on them, they can burn quickly.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

This is a make ahead recipe. Store in an airtight container.
