softened

peppermint extract

your choice

Silver Luster Dust
Instructions
Add the cream cheese, butter, and peppermint extract to a mixing bowl and beat at medium high speed until combined.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and continue to mix well (+/- powdered sugar as needed).
Roll into a 12 inch ropes and slice.
Roll into small balls and press with a glass or a fork.
Dry for 24 hours on baking sheet.
Paint on the luster dust. SO PRETTY!
Notes
Store in an airtight container separating layers with parchment. Mints can be frozen for up to six months.
