Instructions
Add the water and salt to an
6-quart slow-cooker
and give it a stir to dissolve the salt.
Add the peanuts, and gently press them down into water and give them a stir.
Cook for 18 hours on high or until soft. Drain and serve.
Notes
Store in a ziplock in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
