Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup optional
  • 1 +/- slice Jalapeño optional
  • 1 dash Tajin
  • topo chico chilled
  • rimming salt
  • Tajin for rimming
  • lime wedges

Instructions
 

Rim the Glass

  • Sprinkle equal parts Tajin and rimming salt to a dish and mix. Rim an 8 ounce glass with lime juice. Roll the glass rim in the Tajin mixture.

Mixology

  • Carefully fill the rimmed a glass 1/2 full with ice.
  • Add the tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, dash of tajin, and jalapeño over the ice. Give it a stir. Top with Topo Chico and ENJOY!
