Instructions
Layer a large baking sheet with parchment.
Cover the entire pan with tortilla scoops facing upwards. Use the broken chips to fill in empty spaces under scoops. Set aside.
Prepare the ground beef according to chosen seasoning packet.
Make the Queso Blanco. If you are substituting with store bought cold or canned Queso Blanco, heat according to can instructions.
Top the tortilla scoop chips with the warm seasoned ground beef and black beans. Then, quickly drizzle on the hot Queso Blanco.
Scatter on the radishes, tomatoes, avocados, green onions, sliced black olives, diced pimentos, cilantro, garnish, and any other topping you might enjoy.
Sprinkle on the Tajín Clásico Chile Lime Seasoning.
Place the lime wedges on top.
Serve Immediately!
Squeeze a little lime on each bite for the ZESTY ZINGY WOW FACTOR!
I recommend avoiding using White Velveeta for the Queso Blanco Recipe as it has a very distinct flavor that will distract from the freshness of the toppings.
Nachos have to be eaten within a few minutes of being built. If you are making for a group or guests, I recommend having a Queso Blanco Bar and let your guests build their own nachos. Queso Blanco can be kept hot and melty in a crock pot.
