Spooky Fizzy Pop Rock Potato Chips
Pop! Fizz! WOAH! Spooky Fizzy Rock Potato Chips! This super easy Halloween treat is sure to bring the smiles.
Ingredients
- 10 Ounces White Chocolate Chopped
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
- 8 ounces ruffled potato chips
- 4 tablespoons packets Pop Rocks multiple colors
- 2 tablespoons nonpareils for Sprinkling
- 1/2 cup candy googly eyes different sizes
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Using clean hands, gently lift the whole potato chips into a large bowl letting all the crumbs and tiny bits fall to the bottom of the bag. Set aside.
- Add the white chocolate and the coconut oil into and melt in the microwave stirring every 15 seconds until smooth and melted.
- Next, drizzle the chips incrementally tossing as you go until all the potato chips are coated.
- This is where the chips turn into Spooky Fizzy Rock Potato Chips.
- Quickly and carefully dump the coated chips onto the prepared baking sheet into one layer.
- While the chocolate is still wet sprinkle with fizzy rocks and sprinkles.
- Place a google eye or three on each Spooky Fizzy Rock Potato Chip.
- Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the chocolate.
