Cream the butter and cream cheese with a mixer at medium speed. Next, mix in the sugar until just combined. Mix in the egg and the vanilla.
Fold the confetti into the Funfetti Cream Cheese Cloud Cookie dough using a rubber spatula.
Refrigerate the dough for one hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
This is a sticky dough. Flour clean hands and roll the dough into 2 inch balls. Use the bottom of a glass to lightly press the balls a tiny bit. Avoid pressing too much, the Funfetti Cream Cheese Cloud Cookies need to puff up.
