Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds heirloom carrots peeled and washed
  • 4 tablespoons agave
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon flaked salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • In a small bowl, add the butter, agave, and dijon. Mix with a fork until combined.
  • Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Dijon mixture.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Plate and ENJOY!
