dark roast coffee beans
ground course
▢

ounces
Chicory Root
a coarse grind
▢
milk or a non-dairy option
▢
simple syrup to taste
equal parts sugar and water
Instructions
Add the ground coffee and ground chicory into a stock pot.
Pour 1 quarts of water over the grounds and stir.
Cover for 12 hours to steep.
Strain through the fine mesh strainer into a jar with a lid.
SERVE
Pour equal parts cold brew with equal parts milk or non-dairy alternative.
Stir in simple syrup to taste.

SUBSTITUTE THE CHICORY ROOT
AND
GROUND COFFEE FOR
16 OUNCES of
