Ingredients
  

  • 4 Halo mandarin's peeled (Halo's are seedless.)
  • 1 banana ripe and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon diced fresh ginger just a pinch
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass! Enjoy!

Notes

Add dates for more sweetness.
Mandarins are seedless so you can put them in the blender whole. However, you can juice them first. Simply add two extra mandarins to the recipe.
Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to amp it up.
