Easy Peach Jam Cream Cheese & Cracker Appetizer
Easy Peach Cream Cheese & Cracker Appetizer! A tasty quick and easy appetizer to have on hand for any occasion; especially last minute guests.
Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese
- peach jam or your favorite jam jelly, or preserves
- 2 two peaches sliced and core removed.
- favorite crackers | toasts I used Fine Cheese Company Toasts. I pick them up at Fresh Market, Whole Foods, and Amazon Grocery.
Instructions
- Form the cream cheese into a ball and use the back of a spoon or scoop to make a well in the top of the cream cheese. (I pressed the cream cheese into a large #5 scoop and then used the back to make the well.) Placing the block of cream cheese directly on the board and using the back of a spoon to create a well is an option too.
- Arrange sliced peaches and the crackers around the cream cheese.
