Best S'Mores Iced Coffee
Talk about a summer time treat! Every sip tastes like biting into a S'More! You will be 100% here for this BEST S'MORES ICED COFFEE recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces espresso or 3 ounces extra bold coffee chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon marshmallow or s'mores syrup
- 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
- 8 ounces oat milk or milk of choice
- 4 large marshmallows
- chocolate bar
- marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup graham crackers crushed plus more for garnish
- crushed ice
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS FOR S'MORES ICED COFFEE
- mini chocolate chips
- mini marshmallows
- caramel sauce
- whipped cream
- Golden Grahams cereal
MAKE IT BOOZY
- Add 1 ounce of your favorite bourbon.
Instructions
Rim the Glass
- Using two small plates, add the crushed graham crackers to one and the marshmallow fluff to the other. Roll the glass in marshmallow fluff then in the crushed graham crackers.
- Note: I used a rubber spatula to make drips before rolling the graham crackers.
Mixology
- Add the ice to the glass. Pour in the expresso, marshmallow syrup, chocolate syrup and milk of choice. Give it a stir.
Garnish
- Top with a spoonful of marshmallow fluff, chocolate syrup, toasted marshmallow/s, graham cracker crumbs, and a small piece of chocolate.
- Note: The chocolate bar will stay on top if you place it on the marshmallow fluff.
