Ingredients
  

  • Slaw
  • 3 medium green apples peeled or unpeeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 1 orange peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 grapefruit peeled and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded thin
  • 4 green onions diced thin
  • 3/4 cups italian parsley chopped
  • Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • Garnish
  • sesame seeds
  • green apple slice
  • sprig of parsley

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients to combine. Set aside.
  • Toss all of the prepared slaw ingredients in a medium bowl and drizzle on the prepared dressing. Continue to toss until slaw is coated.
