Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup greek yogurt plain
  • 1/2 cup prosecco
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • Garnish
  • sliced strawberries
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • black pepper
  • mint sprigs
  • orange zest

Instructions
 

  • First, add the strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, sugar, orange zest , and the cup of prosecco until smooth. Next, cover and chill the soup for at least two hours before serving.
  • Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh strawberries, black pepper, and mint sprigs

Notes

Believe it or not, garnishing with a pinch black pepper will give the chilled strawberry soup a perfectly paired bite, it will enhance the flavor of the strawberries. The slight drizzle of olive oil adds more body to the soup.
