Ingredients
  

  • Wraps
  • 5-8 spinach tortilla wraps
  • cucumber sliced into sticks
  • yellow + red + orange peppers cut into sticks
  • spinach leaves julienned
  • purple cabbage shredded
  • carrot sticks sliced into sticks
  • Optional
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • Spicy Carrot Hummus
  • 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
  •  

Instructions
 

  • Spicy Carrot Hummus
  • Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until completely smooth. 
  • Roll tightly being careful not to tear the wrap.
  • Spread a wrap with the Spicy Carrot Hummus. 
  • Optional: Spread 1/2 with cream cheese and 1/2 with spicy carrot hummus. WOW FACTOR!
  • Starting 1/4 of the way down from the top, lay on the veggies in rows.
