Holiday Leftovers: Cornbread Stuffing Waffles Topped with Turkey, Gravy, & A Side of Cranberry Jezebel Sauce

Just YUM Ya'll! The perfect way to enjoy holiday leftovers.

Ingredients
  

  • your favorite holiday stuffing
  • sliced turkey warm
  • gravy warm
  • Cranberry Jezebel Sauce
  • optional: mashed potatoes warm

Instructions
 

  • Lightly spray a waffle iron with your favorite cooking spray. Preheat a waffle iron to medium high heat.
  • Press 1cup of stuffing into a ball and press into a 1/2 inch disc.
  • Lay the stuffing waffle on the hot waffle iron and close the lid giving it a gentle press. Cook until the stuffing waffle is golden brown.
  • Place the stuffing waffle on a plate and top with (optional mashed potatoes), turkey slices, gravy, and a dollop of Cranberry Jezebel Sauce.
