Pretty Pink Lemonade Jello Shots
Ingredients
2 packets unflavored gelatin
1 cup pink lemonade
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup lemon or citrus vodka
5 lemons
Directions
Cut the lemons into halves lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the insides.
Place the scooped lemon halves on a muffin tin to keep them upright and receive the liquid jello.
In a small pot, add the pink lemonade and the gelatin. Give it a stir. Let the gelatin bloom for five minutes. Move the pot to the stove and heat to medium-high. Stir constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour in the vodka. Stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a pourable measuring cup or bowl. Carefully pour the liquid jello into the scooped lemon halves.
Refrigerate for 4 hours until they are set.
Just before serving, place each Pretty Pink Lemonade Jello Shot on a cutting board and slice into fourths.
Optional: Sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar to give them a little…OH YEAH!…SPARKLE!
