Hello Cozy Seasons!

It is time to stay home and make something!

Exchangeable!

Pick-A-Pom Pom Pom Beanies.

SUPER CUTE! EASY TO MAKE!

Shopping around and sipping coffee in Georgetown, like butter to a hot biscuit, I was drawn to a very large basket of colorful pom poms.

I ? POM POMS!

Of course I stuck my hands right in to give them a toss. I mean….who could help themselves?!  There was a little snap on the bottom of each pom pom! I spotted a pile of beanies with the opposite end of the snap. BRILLIANT! Exchangeable Pom Poms! ?Heart EMOJIS X A MILLION! The beanie and just one pom pom was $48+.

Well friends! That just won’t do. We can make these for  $20 or less with multiple pom poms in our favorite colors. PS This is a great way to use leftover yarn.

These make great gifts for Christmas, a fall or winter birthday, or a just because gift.

PS This makes a great craft night project!

sharp scissors
tassel pom pom maker (Video Below For Pom Poms the Old Fashioned Way!)

Directions

1. Make 3+ 4 ” Pom Poms in different colors of yarn. If you are using my fave Tassel Pom Pom Maker follow the directions on the box. EASY PEASY! Or you can make pom poms the old fashioned way using card board here. (PS There is a great scissor sharpening tip in this video.) Whichever you choose, double the end knot.

2. Give your pom pom cute round hair cut.

3. Stitch either the negative or the positive side of the snap to the top of the beanie using the holes around the edge of the snap to secure. Secure the last stitch with a double knot.

4. Stitch the opposite side of the snap to the pom pom pushing the needle through the pom pom knot with each stitch. Secure the last stitch with a double knot.

Snap on your a pom pom!
