Follow recipe below to completion. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container for for up to three months. Microwave for 15 to 30 seconds or bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage, uncooked
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups flour, all purpose
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Dip these in cranberry sauce for an extra zing! I recommend my mama’s Jezebel Sauce.

Instructions

Preheat oven 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until completely mixed. (Using clean hands works best.) Scoop and roll into balls.
