4cupsminiature marshmallows + 1 hand full for sprinkling
1cupsalted peanuts
Instructions
Line an 8″ X 8″ baking pan with parchment paper. Leave an overhang for easy pan removal later.
Add the peanut butter and butterscotch chips to a deep saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
