Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in the prepared baking dish. Set tops aside.
Sausage
In a skillet, cook the sausage keeping the meat in bite-sized chunks. Drain and set aside to cool.
Eggs
Add a tablespoon of butter into a skillet and melt over medium heat. Add the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper into a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour into the heated skillet. Use a rubber spatula to move the eggs back and forth. Avoid over moving. Just before the eggs are completely done remove from heat. The heat from the pan will finish the job. Set aside.
Melted butter Drizzle
Melt the butter and stir in the maple syrup.

Assembly
Top the each Hawaiian roll bottom with the eggs evenly. Next, top with sausage and then the cheese. Place the tops on the Sausage & Egg Breakfast Sliders. Drizzle with the maple butter. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
Bake
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve warm.
Notes
Cool and wrap with foil for a grab and go breakfast.
