Grilled Red Snapper with Green Apple Citrus Slaw

Grilled Red Snapper with Green Apple Citrus Slaw! Buttery red snapper on a bed of tangy sweet green apple, citrus, and purple cabbage.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound fresh red snapper filet de-boned
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • sliced
  • lemon and lime slices
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced

Instructions
 

  • Prepared the fish by rinsing in cool water and patting dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
  • Add the butter, garlic, salt, to a melting pot and melt over low heat.
  • Coat the avocado oil onto a grill pan and heat to medium. Place the fish skinless side down for 4 minutes or until cooked 1/2 way to center.
  • Flip the fish, lay a few sliced lemons and limes on top and cook for 4 more minutes or until fish is cooked through. Turn off the heat and brush with the garlic butter and spritz with lemon and lime.
  • Place the fish on a bed of Tangy Green Apple Citrus Salad, mashed potatoes, or a bed of green lettuce.
