Rose' All Day Homemade Gummy Bears. Tasty and fun to make.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Place the rose' wine, rose water, coconut sugar, pink food color, and gelatin in a small saucepan over medium low heat (If  you want to keep the alcohol content, be sure to keep the temperature under 90 degrees). Whisk for 2-3 minutes or until sugar and gelatin have dissolved.
  • Fill the gummy bear dropper with the liquid and carefully squeeze the contents into each mold. Avoid overflow. When the molds are filled, place them in the refrigerator until the gelatin is set. Pop the Homemade Rose' Gummy Bears out of the molds. Place them on a pretty plate or bowl. Enjoy!   You may store uneaten gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two days.

Notes

  1. When putting a Sparkling Charm Spin on Rose' infused gummy bears, I chose to add a tiny drop of Nielsen Massey Rose Water. It adds a subtle hint of rose without overpowering the Rose'.
  2. I tested my recipe 4 times working towards the perfect texture. 3 packets of gelatin was the magic number for my test subjects and myself. You may adjust the chewiness by adding more gelatin.
  3. If you prefer a non-alcoholic version for yourself or to try with your children. Simply substitute an unsweetened fruit juice in place of the wine.
  4. The below recipe will fill two large molds equaling 70 Homemade Rose' Gummy Bears. YAY!
