Apple Cider Vinegar Honey Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups no sugar added apple juice
  • 1/2 cup pasteurized apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2  tablespoons raw honey
  • 4  tablespoons unflavored gelatin

*silicone mold (craft stores/amazon)

Directions

Add the apple juice and the apple cider vinegar to a medium sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a rolling boil.

Lower the heat to medium low, add the raw honey, and stir until well combined.

Sprinkle the gelatin powder on top of the hot juice and whisk briskly until dissolved.Carefully pour into silicone mold/s.

Chill until they magically turn into gummies. SMILE! Pop out each apple cider vinegar honey gummy from its mold.

Keep them in the fridge and eat a couple a day. ENJOY!

  4. Just saw an add on apple cider vinegar gummies and thought: I’m sure I could do them myself! Thanks for posting this recipe! Quick question though. I’m not an ACV expert, so my question: does pasteurized ACV still have all the benefits? Could I also use unpasteurized/homemade ACV? Will boiling destroy some of the benefits of ACV? Again, I’m new to the whole goodness of ACV 🙂
